π β¬200K Granted for Trusted Robot Identities
Great news! Together with Animo Solutions and Stormcatch Robot Authorization we have been awarded β¬200k in funding by the Provincie Zuid-Holland for our new project:
I-AM (Infrastructure for Trusted Autonomous Machines).
As a new identity layer based on verifiable credentials is emerging for people and organizations, we started asking an important question:
What will identity verification look like for autonomous machines?
Today, when you encounter a robot or drone, there is no standard way to answer basic questions:
- Who is this machine?
- What is it authorized to do?
- What actions has it performed?
To address this, we are joining forces in the I-AM project.
The goal is to develop a vendor-neutral trust layer for autonomous machines.
At Animo Solutions, the team will build on their work with wallets, verifiable credentials, and open identity standards to enable interoperable machine identities.
Together we aim to create a future where humans, organizations, and autonomous machines can interact in a verifiable and trustworthy way, aligned with frameworks such as the EU AI Act and the European Digital Identity.

Weβre excited to collaborate with our partners and share progress along the way.
π If you work in robotics, AI governance, or digital identity, or have a use case involving verifiable machine data, weβd love to connect.
